The Sussex Heritage Trust Annual Property Awards lunch was held last week at Pangdean Barn in Pyecombe. Over 200 guests attended the lunch, many being associated with entries for these prestigious awards and anxious to know if their entry had been awarded one of the Trust’s coveted plaques in one of the eight different categories. Projects are not judged against each other but based on a list of criteria to assess their contribution to the heritage of Sussex.
Our partner Chris Lawson is pictured here at the lunch with Nick Jones, Estates Manager of Glynde Estates who were successful in obtaining one of three plaques awarded in this category for Station Farm Barns in Glynde.
The judges commented that this was a superb conversion of former farm buildings to very high quality well specified offices in delightful landscaped grounds and wonderful views. Lawson Commercial have already let two of the suites with only one of around 880 sq ft remaining.
